On the product page for each item, you will see a delivery lead time estimate with items categorized into Quick Ship Furniture, Standard Furniture and Special Order Furniture.
Standard Furniture (7 – 14 business days): Items marked as Normal arrive within 7 – 14 business days, depending on availability.
Delivery Service and Timeslots
Our customer service will call or email to arrange a delivery date and confirm an appointment time frame (typically a 2 to 4 hour window for delivery. Standard delivery windows between 10am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday (except Public Holiday) prior to the agreed delivery time with you.
On the day of delivery, you will get a notification via SMS text message (to the phone number you gave with your order) and email.
For small parcel items e.g. Lighting, Cushion, Rugs, Homeware, which are typical in small packaging sizes, we dispatch these orders via courier service to our logistic partners to process the delivery.
For orders like furniture, they are delivered by our in-home delivery team or our logistic partners on a pre-scheduled date. Deliveries will be made in the room of your choice. We will assemble the items and packaging will be removed upon your request.
Free delivery is applied to entire items except occasional discounted and sale items.

Our delivery charges are intended to cover the processing of your order, handling and packing the products, and finally delivering them to you. All of our delivery charges include installation unless stated otherwise under the product page assembly service column.
Upon receiving your item, please inspect the item(s) and the surroundings is in good condition. If yes, you will be require to sign off the Delivery Order to acknowledge your good acceptance. Once Delivery Order is signed with no discrepancies, it is deemed that the order is accepted by customer in good condition.
If you identify any imperfection, please inform our delivery team to indicate in our remarks column in the Delivery Order form before signing off. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the defective item(s) to facilitate our investigation. It normally takes 3 working days for us to accommodate the issue. In the event an exchange cannot be made, we reserves the rights to offer a substitute. All replacement of item(s) will be made depends on the availability.
